I’m from Behavioural Science, with a special emphasis on Organizational Behaviour (OB) and Organizational Development (OD). OB, summed up, is what people do in an organization and how their behaviour affects the organization’s performance. There are 3 determinants here: Individual, Group, and Structure. OD refers to a method or a collection of change methods that try to improve an organization’s effectiveness and employee well-being.
This aspect of my background, paired with years of experience in both the corporate world and the realm of mental health, equips me to offer special corporate trainings with a unique twist.
